The approach
The clinicians I coach are exceptional at what they do — and many are exhausted by what leading has asked of them. My work is helping you build the daily practice of leadership with clarity, conviction, and humanity. The goal isn't merely to be more effective. It's to find the work meaningful again.

About Anne
MD, MPH, FACP, ACC · ICF Certified Executive Coach · Professor of Medicine, University of Minnesota
Anne is a practicing palliative medicine physician, Professor of Medicine at the University of Minnesota Medical School, and an ICF-certified executive coach trained through Georgetown University's Institute for Transformational Leadership. Her coaching grows out of two decades leading in academic medicine — as a residency program director, assistant dean for clinical education and curriculum, and most recently interim chair of a 350-member Department of Medicine she helped rebuild after the pandemic. She coaches the leaders she once was.
